500 CLASSICTM GARAGE DOORS

500 Classic Steel Doors offer the luxurious appearance of much more expensive Carriage Doors without sacrificing quality and endurance. The exterior face is galvanized steel and is embossed with a wood grain texture for definition and beauty. It is pre-painted and is maintenance free with a selection of four colors, Bright White, Almond, Sandstone and Brown. Choose from 9 different window designs to best suite your home.

500 CLASSICTM GARAGE DOORS

CONSTRUCTION: The 500 Classic is made from hot dipped 25 gauge galvanized steel secured to heavy duty 20 gauge pre painted stiles with both toggle locks and waterproof adhesive. Optional textured ABS vinyl-backed 3/4" polystyrene insulation is bonded to each section to provide quiet, energy-efficient operation.

HARDWARE: 15" or 12" radius torsion hardware; track is 2" bracket mounted. Quiet long life nylon rollers, non corrosive door fixtures and graduated hinges are standard. U-shaped galvanized struts are supplied with every double car door to keep the door rigid. All doors meet or exceed 12.4/70 MPH wind load per ANSI/DASMA 102-1996.
